Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in PVC pipe extrusion.
• Knowledge: Fair understanding of extruders, utilities, and downstream equipment.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with PVC and its additives; knowledgeable in PVC process and troubleshooting.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office; capable of operating PLC-based extruders.
• Supervision: Ability to independently handle shifts and supervise all production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift Management: Independently manage shifts, ensuring all production activities are effectively supervised.
• Team Leadership: Direct and motivate operators and workers to achieve production goals.
• Production Oversight: Oversee production processes and ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit shift production reports accurately.
