- Establish contracts to ensure reduced pricing for all operating areas for ibis Mumbai Vikhroli, ibis Thane & ibis Navi Mumbai.
- Responsible for physical control of all store items until issued, fully documented under strict control procedures (key control, timing schedule, authorised issue requests).
- Keeps all records in a way that they can be checked at any time for information or audit purposes.
- Implement sound purchasing policies, systems and procedures.
- Relevant diploma / degree
- 6 to 7 years of Hotel Industry exp\xc3\xa9rience
- Strong operational / technical knowledge.
- Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, proactive).
- Strong negotiation skills.
