Who We Are Looking For:

AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Purchasing manager.

LCC Purchasing manager will be responsible for : Managing and coordinating a Commodity managers Teams. Developing new and maintain current suppliers in accordance with global commodity strategy to ensure supply continuity and yearly cost saving target. Driving improvement actions to achieve key purchasing KPIs such as PPM, OTIF, Saving, warranty recovery, etc. Purchasing manager will have full responsability team and will report to LCC Purchasing Director.

What You Will Do:

- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

- Understands and implements AGCO\'s policies, vision, goals and overall strategy

- Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.

- Insure reportin of key functional metrics to LCC Purchasing Director.

- Provide to AGCO management market dynamics information

- Develop a large and high performancing supply base in India to support global AGCO supply need.

- Ensures that the Sourcing Process and all Purchasing related processes are followed by his team

- Defines and manages team\'s Opex and Capex

What You Will Bring:

- Strong intercultural experience

- Ideally 4--5 years of experience in a purchasing and/or purchasing-related role; preferably in a manufacturing environment

- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; MS Project experience is beneficial,

- English fluency and relevant regional language

Solid judgement along with decision making skills

Supervisory and management experience

Have advance communication and negotiation skills.
