The company was founded to improve trade relations and promote the domestic economy through the pharmaceutical industry. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Purchasing Executive. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating prices with suppliers, and maintaining good relationships with vendors. Additionally, they will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, preparing and presenting reports on purchasing activities, and ensuring that all purchases comply with company policies and procedures. The Purchasing Executive will work closely with other departments to ensure that the procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently, and will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy or Bachelor\'s degree in related field with sufficient knowledge about Pharmacy. Minimum 3 years of experience working in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, with experience in the pharmacy industry preferred. Demonstrated negotiation and contract management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and recommend new suppliers and products. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, colleagues, and management. Fluency in English and Hindi Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
