Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Coimbatore

Job Overview:

The Purchase Executive at Nexus Automations will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for production and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain long term relationships with vendors.
• Handle the end to end procurement cycle, including creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely receipt of materials.
• Negotiate the best possible pricing and payment terms without compromising on quality or delivery timelines.
• Work closely with the warehouse and inventory team to ensure stock levels are maintained as per operational needs.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and legal requirements. Maintain all purchase records and supplier contracts.
• Regularly assess the performance of suppliers based on quality, delivery, and pricing metrics.
• forecasting material needs and align procurement activities accordingly.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, or a related field.

Experience: freshers to 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the automation industry.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
