Creates value by providing appropriate input, development and implementation of tactical sourcing activities. Works within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and determines the appropriate approach for new assignments.Responsibilities

• Works in Purchasing systems to address Procure to Pay issues such as update system priced agreements, update vendor codes, and analyze and troubleshoot data disconnects between the Sourcing and APAY teams.
• Supports onboarding process for suppliers that come on-site to work.
• Supports strategic sourcing projects.
• Works with system data on actual purchases to identify value opportunities and develop plans to capture value while aligning with partner strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor\'s degree.
• At least 5 years of Purchasing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• At least 3 years experience with SAP

Preferred Skills

• Prior Indirect Purchasing experience
• Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Data management analysis
• Good interpersonal skills are required.
• Must have strong multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills.
• Demonstrate leadership skills - inspire others and lead them through influence.
• A self-starter who can identify, work independently, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working directly with suppliers.

• The individual should be comfortable working with a remote team.
