Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the procurement process for aircraft parts and supplies.Identify and evaluate new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor vendor acknowledgements to ensure orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all parts meet quality and certification requirements (FAA, EASA, etc.).
• Work closely with the sales and Logistics team for consolidating shipment on time.
• Track purchasing activities such as PO activity, Open PO's and turnaround time.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
• Analyze market trends and pricing for cost-saving opportunities.
• Accountable for shipping various goods via courier, carrier or 'comat', domestic and international.
Requirements:
• knowledge of aircraft parts, components, and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems is considered as an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
