COO APAC Regional Procurement APAC Direct Material Procurement APAC SEA & ANZ You will join an innovative and exciting team with a very high level of strategic exposure within Vestas. Your working day will be characterized by a high activity level and requirement to engage in, handle and prioritize multiple different projects. You will be part of the regional procurement organization and engage with both regional and global colleagues on a daily basis. You will be responsible for both local and global activities in collaboration and agreement with your cross-function team members. Responsibilities Be Account Manager for a set of suppliers bringing in value to both parties by Supplier Relationship Management Handle Global Spend of 20Mn+ Euros and develop localization projects in the region Carry out and coordinate selection, qualification, negotiation and contracting of and with suppliers Handle stakeholders such as production sites, R&D and suppliers in relation to value chain optimization, cost out plans and complexity reduction Ensure adherence to KPI\'s set by Global Procurement with regards to safety, quality, cost, delivery, innovation and sustainability Qualifications Relevant educational background with a degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering 5+ years of work experience within Strategic Sourcing handling fasteners and cross commodity exposure Prior experience working in SAP Competencies An open approach to encourage stakeholder inputs and a structured and fact-based approach to secure ideas are prioritized and implemented Team member and committed to secure the effective implementation of the initiatives you supervise Holistic and positive mindset, working in a multicultural team Good inquisitive, structured and fact-based approach and good communication skills You are a team-oriented person with good collaboration skills, internally and externally You are efficient in task and project execution as well as always eager to find solutions to the obstacles that you meet What We Offer You will evolve in a true Global business environment while being part of a Regional organization with multiple opportunity to develop your career path.
