Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Order Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm order details and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to verify order requirements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in purchase order coordination or procurement is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with procurement software.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Location : Calicut, Kerala

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
