The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, negotiation, and vendor management, contributing to the efficiency of our supply chain processes.Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in procurement with a strong understanding of purchasing processes
• Exceptional negotiation skills (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in vendor management to maintain effective supplier relationships (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
• Experience in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate suppliers, products, and services
• Excellent communication skills for effective internal and external coordination
• High attention to detail for meticulous handling of procurement activities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to meet company requirements
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain consistent supply chain efficiency
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely reorder
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements where necessary
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and contracts
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage supply needs
