We are looking for Purchase Executive (MRO & General Purchasing)Mandatory Educational Requirements :Engineering degree + PG in Business Management or Supply chainEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Overall experience of 5-7 Years in which relevant experience in purchase function of minimum 3 Years having handled Indirect Purchase in Engineering and Project procurement as core role in any large manufacturing companiesWho is an ideal candidate ?Candidate with 5-7 years of indirect purchase experience with a B.tech/B.e and preferably a PG in Business Management or Supply chain working in Mining, chemical, pharma or any other process industry.Mandatory Skills RequiredIndirect Purchase, procurement , MRO Purchase Orders, closure of Open PR , periodic reviewing , Stakeholder Management, improving the PR to PO conversion lead-time, supply de-risking, cost reduction.JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for managing the complete sourcing / procurement activities for Indirect Purchase Items as per the business requirements.Developing in-depth sourcing strategies for all sub-categories with clear focus towards supply de-risking, cost reduction and value enhancement.Design and implement category strategies that deliver financial and other performance targets such as service, quality, innovation and sustainability while meeting or exceeding internal stakeholder expectations.Follow-up on MRO Purchase Orders, closure of Open PR & establishment of periodic reviewing mechanism. Cost will be a key parameter & candidate shall be looking for every available opportunity to minimize /optimize the cost spent to secure the quality goods/ services.Work closely with the stakeholders/ end users to identity opportunity by working collaboratively & bringing alternative approach to minimize cost at every level.Ensure the day-to-day activities are performed in compliance to the standards and performance measure set in as per the approved purchase policy/SOP.Interested prospects can apply to kinnera259@gmail.comRegards,HR Manager
