Key Result Areas 1. Proactively identify and develop partnerships with key suppliers and responsible for vendor development and purchase of food ingredients. 2. Place orders and expedite deliveries, verify and authorizes procurement orders. 3. Sources alternative products with competitive prices to maintain quality standard and services. 4. Ensure and execute proper inventory planning for effective management of inventory and uniform utilization of all stocks. 5. Create, implement and manage commodity strategies for products to leverage expenditures, improve procurement process and reduce costs. 6. Monitor supplier performance and phase out poor performing suppliers based on company criteria. 7. Maintain current knowledge of market trends, market conditions, and recommends changes. 8. Ensure all regulatory and cost aspects on purchase of raw material. 9. Advises other department on purchasing procedures and maintains full and up-to-date information regarding store inventory. 10. Prepare monthly cost saving reports. Candidate Profile 1. +8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in F&B industry. 2. Proven track record of successfully managing Supplier and vendor relationsand managing procurement activities. Education, Skills & Attitudes 1. Graduate in any discipline preferably Hotel management. 2. Data analysis for decision making pertaining to Purchase 3. Good verbal & written communication skills 4. Result oriented and self-driven 5. Good at relationship development 6. Languages spoken \xe2\x80\x93 English & Hindi Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9450,000.00 - 9520,000.00 per year Benefits:
