Experience: 9- 15 years (Work experience in real estate sector is mandatory)

• Overall responsibility for Purchasing activities.
• Experience in purchase of Building materials, raw materials etc.
• Ensure that purchasing strategies and processes are in place to meet businessobjectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality, and delivery targets, whichenables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.
• Responsible for managing relationships and negotiating with key suppliers at a senior and strategic level.
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
