As a Purchasing Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing supply chain operations . Your ability to negotiate favorable contracts, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services is essential to the success of any organization.

The procurement process involves identifying project needs, specifying requirements, and contracting the appropriate contractors and suppliers to complete a construction project.
