Role & responsibilities
• Looking for a competent Purchase Manager to monitor and ensure timely fulfillment of all procurement activities.
• Prepare, Reviews, and process purchase orders with terms and Condition. Manages other members of the purchasing team
• Researches and evaluates vendors to compare pricing and services with Background verification.
• Coordinates with fellow managers / Purchase Executives to monitor inventory and determine supply needs.
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of price in balance material to avoid cost implications.
• Regularly check the price of Steel, Cement, and other Bulk Materials
• Supply Management, Tracking Budget Expenses, Vendor Relationships, Organization, Customer Service, Documentation Skills, Supply Management, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Manufacturing Quality, Cost Accounting, Control Engineering, File maintenance, Support tender Department.
• Ensure a cost-effective supply of quality products as per BOQ specifications.
• Maintains a network of professional contacts in order to discover new opportunities for good deals on orders.
• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Collect and compare physical samples to check quality.
• Communicates with suppliers to make sure supplies get where they need to be when they need to be, even when a deadline is tight.
• Responsible for timely procurement of all materials, products, and services required for production and ensuring no line stoppages as per construction schedule.
• Plan and Procurement of all kinds of Engineering items and materials, Industrial and domestic electrical parts, Safety and protection related accessories, Hardware, Wooden and Corrugated Packing, Printing and Stationary, Computer Hardware, and accessories.
Preferred candidate profile
• B.E/Dip - Civil / Any Degree with at least 10 years of building material purchase experience.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in pressured circumstances.
• Capable of handling a team of 5 to 7 purchases, engineers store, and Inventory.
• The candidate must be a self-driven and highly motivated person, who can work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in vendor negotiations, vendor payments, etc. is a great plus.
• Good in English with Letter Drafting.

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
