1. To monitor local & international item purchases.

2. Good negotiating and communicating skills in finalizing the price.

3. To coordinate with dispatch team & Shipment tracking.

4. Inward & Outward Management system Update, Documentation & Delivery help.

5. To monitor End to End Stores Management.

6. To follow up continuously with our Vendors for products transition and pricing.

7. Providing weekly KPI (key performance indicators) and performance data reports

8. Projecting customer requirements, providing customized products and deliver technical presentation and to liaison with internal teams for closing the deal.

9. To focus on hassle-free Customs Clearance

Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files, reports and price lists. Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders. Monitor in-house inventory movement Monitor contractor or service provider performance, recommending contract modifications when necessary Generate and implement cost reduction opportunities to meet annual cost savings objectives Provide procurement information, including analysis of price and market trends and lead time updates for supply chain Accurate and timely maintenance of item master, monthly open orders report, and purchase price variance reports Achieve annual cost reduction targets Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, or to discuss production forecasts or changes Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
