• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for reliable deliveries.
• Material Management:
• Ensure timely procurement of construction materials and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with site teams for replenishment.
• Verify material specifications and quality compliance.
• Cost Management:
• Negotiate competitive pricing to optimize costs.
• Monitor procurement expenses to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Coordination with Project Teams:
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand material requirements.
• Address procurement issues that may impact project timelines.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, new materials, and alternative suppliers.
