The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the procurement process, from vendor selection and contract negotiation to supplier relationship management and cost optimization. Responsibilities

• Purchase of RM according demand coming from ERP system
• Daily tracking/checking status of placed orders (explanation of remainders, invoices, checking missing confirmations
• Make proper decisions in case the production plan is changed (action advance, action postpone, action
• Realization on DOS (days on stock) KPI for components from dedicated suppliers,
• keeping and updating proper buffer stock level for items from dedicated suppliers
• Update of coverage group settings - Proceed escalation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as finance, operations, and logistics to align procurement activities with overall business strategies and objectives.
• Prepare and present regular reports and presentations to senior management, providing insights into procurement performance, trends, and strategic initiatives.

Our requirements

• Master\'s degree in economics , logistics or Supply Chain
• Proven track record of success in procurement leadership roles, with 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of procurement regulations, compliance standards, and ethical practices.
