Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and evaluating reliable vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery for procurement needs.
• Assist in reviewing the quality of purchased goods to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
• Support the negotiation of contract terms, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Accurately input order details such as vendor information, quantities, and prices into the company's internal database.
• Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and assist to prepare reports on costs and market trends for decision-making.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders under supervision, coordinate with the warehouse, and maintain the purchase records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes and assist in resolving any operational issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends by helping gather relevant information from trade shows and exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, B.Com, or BBA
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Basic knowledge of vendor sourcing, supply chain, and inventory management.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Interest in the solar industry or machinery procurement is preferred.
