We have an urgent opening for the post of Purchase Executive for a reputed Geotechnical Company in Kolkata.Key Responsibilities:

Keeping track of various requirements (such as machinery parts like DG compressors, drilling machines, grinding machines, twisters, etc.) from different sites.
Sourcing of raw materials and machinery parts from vendors, negotiation, follow-up, and ensuring proper delivery of the requirements on time.
Proper documentation of bills, warranty papers, and other documents.

Skills:

Having good contacts of vendors and material sources
Good communication and negotiation skills
Preferred candidate from Construction company with 2\xe2\x80\x933 yrs of experience in purchase
