Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to manage the purchase of materials for our Railway Signal & Telecom projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in railway signaling and telecom, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify reliable suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Material Procurement: Handle the purchase of all materials used for Railway Signal & Telecom projects.

- Negotiations: Negotiate with sellers to secure the best prices.

- Supplier Management: Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.

- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and product availability.

- Record Keeping: Create and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in railway signaling and telecom procurement.

- Education: Graduation is mandatory.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions.
