OVERALL & ISO 9000 RELATED

• Monitor Process Objectives of department.
• Plan Risk Analysis in department to achieve Targets.
• Identify opportunities arising in department and fill R & O Form.
• Take Corrective Actions on Root Causes in case of Targets not achieved
• Ensure Knowledge Management maintained in the department so that people leaving doesn't affect department performance.
• Close all old pending NCR's of Audits.
• Attend management review meeting
• Approving suppliers
• Preparing purchase orders
• evaluation of suppliers
• Evaluation of supplies and assisting the Director in selection of suppliers
• Negotiation with suppliers on matters relating to time of supply ,quality and prices
• Sourcing and sending enquiries for new items to be procured
• calculate delivery performance & take action on problematic suppliers
• Knowledge of quality policy
• Ensure continuous improvement
• Decide corrective and preventive action related to their department
• Approving and re approving all documents of QMS as necessary
• Reporting to Director
• Participation in internal quality audits
• Monitoring and measurement of respective process
• Monthly stock checking.
• Material requisition review & purchase of material.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE NEEDED:

• Knowledge of raw material (steel/aluminum and others)
• Quality of material
• Inspection ability
• Keep Goods receipt note
• Market knowledge
• To know minimum stock of raw material
• Purchase order preparation
• Cost comparison
• Supplier Evaluation
• Supplier Quality & Delivery performance
• Preparation supplier history
• SAP knowledge
• Excel knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?33,000.00 per month
