Job Responsibilities :
Identify and evaluate potential properties for acquisition.
Conduct market research and property analysis to assess investment opportunities.
Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers.
Coordinate with legal, financial, and operational teams to facilitate property acquisitions.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on property evaluations and acquisition proposals.
Monitor and assess market trends and economic factors affecting real estate investments.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements during acquisition processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate acquisition or related field.
Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
Proven negotiation and deal-structuring skills.
Excellent analytical and research abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
