Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for raw materials and mechanical and electrical components.
• Place orders and monitor delivery schedules to meet production timelines.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve cost-effective purchases.
• Conduct cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and budget adherence.
• Address any quality issues with suppliers and seek solutions.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure materials meet company standards and specifications.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and inventory status.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, ideally within the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively deal with suppliers.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, assess supplier performance, and make informed decisions.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple suppliers and orders simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
