:

1.) To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof.

2.) To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.

3.) To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.

4.) Develop and implement purchase strategies.

5.) Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

6.) Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

7.)Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets.

8.) Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

9.) Review quality of purchased products and issuance of purchase order.

10.) Adherence according to PO conditions and timely supply of material to plant for uninterrupted production

11.) Manage records of all orders, payments, and business stock.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :

Need young and energetic candidate with an experience of min 2 to 5 years in the food industry (COMPULSORY).

The desired candidate qualification should be Graduate in equilent degree

Food Manufacturing industry experience is a must.

Preference will be given who can join Immediately.

Pay: ?18000.00 - ?27000.00 per month
