Position: Procurement Executive Trainee - WFH (Female)
Job Type: Intern
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage interior execution projects from beginning to end.
Create procurement plans and strategies based on the budget and project needs.
Find trustworthy suppliers and vendors for products and materials used in interior implementation, and get in touch with them.
Ensure procurement operations remain within budgetary restrictions by keeping an eye on project budgets, preparing cost estimates, and monitoring them.
Securely negotiate terms and conditions in contracts and agreements with suppliers.
Consider quality, cost, and dependability while evaluating and ranking possible suppliers.
In order to ensure correct and timely material acquisition, create and monitor purchase orders.
Maintain an inventory of materials, track stock levels, and coordinate deliveries.
Make sure every item purchased satisfies the requirements and quality standards.
Ensure that all contracts, invoices, and procurement-related actions are accurately documented.
To ensure that projects are completed on time, create and oversee project timelines and work with contractors and vendors.
Provide regular updates on the status of the project by serving as the link between clients, contractors, and vendors.
Recognize and address any problems or obstacles with procurement that may come up throughout the project.
Conduct cost analysis and comparisons to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the Shopify platform and its functionalities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
