We are hiring for Purchase Assistant for a Lighting Industry

Location : Chennai

Qaulaification : BBA

Salary : Upto 4.8 LPA

Experience : 5+ Years

All aspects of the procurement process,including sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and

Assisting with the identification and sourcing of potential suppliers, including conducting

market research and supplier evaluations.

Analyzing and comparing supplier quotations, negotiating prices, and ensuring the best

value for money.

Preparing purchase orders

Coordinating with suppliers to track and update delivery schedules

Collaborating with internal stakeholders

Maintaining and updating the purchasing database and records

Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and providing

recommendations to management.

Assisting in resolving any supplier-related issues or discrepancies, such as quality control

or invoice discrepancies.

Supporting the implementation and maintenance of procurement policies and

procedures.

Assisting with inventory management and conducting periodic stock audits.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
