Purchase Executive

for sourcing and procuring goods and services, managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining inventory levels. They negotiate prices, track orders, and ensure cost-effective purchasing to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors. Prepare and process purchase orders based on requirements. Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery. Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid shortages. Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement guidelines. Research market trends and find cost-effective purchasing options. Assist in negotiations with suppliers for better pricing and terms

Qualifications

Freshers

0-1 years

of experience Bachelors in any field. Basic knowledge of procurement. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Fluency in Hindi is must.

Attention to detail and analytical mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
