Position: FMCG Purchase Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled FMCG Purchase Executive to join our team at Visnukumar Traders Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing raw material and packaging material procurement, as well as vendor development to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials required for FMCG production.
• Vendor Development: Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers. Maintain strong relationships to facilitate smooth procurement processes.
• Cost Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best possible deal while maintaining quality standards.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or excesses.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure purchased items meet quality standards and specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. Prepare and submit reports as required.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements related to procurement.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role in the FMCG industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management practices.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems.
