Purchase Executive



Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage inventory purchases, handle pricing, and ensure the timely procurement of goods and materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing products, negotiating pricing, and maintaining inventory levels in coordination with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Purchase Inventory Management:

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and goods as per company requirements. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner. Track inventory usage, monitor stock levels, Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to prevent damage or loss.

Pricing and Negotiation:

Negotiate prices with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best possible deals for the company. Ensure that all purchased goods meet the company's pricing guidelines and budget constraints. Regularly review and compare prices from different suppliers to ensure competitive pricing. Evaluate supplier performance and build long-term relationships with reliable vendors.

Purchase Order Management:

Generate and manage purchase orders for materials and goods. Track and update order statuses, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any delays or issues. Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure the accuracy of pricing, quantities, and terms.

Supplier Coordination:

Maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure a smooth procurement process. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to product quality, delivery timelines, or pricing. Ensure that all suppliers comply with contractual agreements and company policies.

Inventory Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor inventory turnover and optimize stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts. Generate regular reports on inventory levels, purchasing activities, and pricing analysis. Recommend improvements to inventory management and purchasing processes.

Skills



Proven experience in purchase inventory management, procurement, or a similar role. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Knowledge of inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Timing: 9:00 to 8:00



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
