Job title: Purchase Executive (Sheet Metal Press Parts)

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor degree (Engineering, Business Administration)
Over 2+ years of experience as a Purchase Executive in a Sheet Metal Press Part manufacturing company or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of sheet metal metallurgy, stamping, heat treatment, machining, pickling, plating, and coating processes.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ERP- TCSion)
Experience with Auditing systems based on ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949. Hands-on experience in Sheet Metal Part Manufacturing Company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to work independently, carry out duties in assigned time, effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-efficient acquisition of materials and services that align with the company's production schedules and business goals.
Optimize the supply chain to reduce costs and improve efficiency without compromising quality.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for sheet metal, coatings, plating, heat treatment services, machining and other related services, negotiate terms and conditions, and establish long-term partnerships.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new technologies.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure a balanced supply of materials, preventing both shortages and overstock situations. Coordinate with production and store teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with the quality control department to ensure all materials meet the required specifications and standards.
Address any quality issues with suppliers and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Manage vendor relationships, addressing any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
Analyze procurement data and prepare reports for management to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
