• We are looking for a motivated Purchase Executive with 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Skilled in negotiation, and have a strong understanding of supply chain management.
• Sourcing, negotiation, contract management and supplier relationship management.
• Develop effective procurement strategies that align with Project completion target and Maintain a comprehensive database of preferred suppliers.
• Facilitates clear communication channels between stakeholders and project
• managers to ensure alignment of goals, expectations, and activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• To ensure that the project obtains the necessary resources from external vendors or suppliers in a timely, cost-effective, and quality way.
• Strategic sourcing, negotiation, and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services necessary for smooth project operations.
• Responsible for acquiring products and services for a project, from selecting vendors to negotiating contracts
• identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers or vendors to obtain goods,services, or raw materials required for a project.
• Create a sourcing strategy, Choose potential vendors, Selecting a vendor and negotiating terms, Execute & integrate, Benchmark and track results.
• Assist in preparing cost data for proposals and contract negotiations.
• Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports.
• Provide costing for the requirements lieson by the customer for the tender/inquiry.
• Develop and revise processes, procedures, work instructions as perrequirement.
• Determine cost estimate targets during the design and development process,recommending cost effective solutions.
• Gather Vendor/suppliers quotations, specifications and related documents in
• order to convert specifications to cost estimates for new and current products.
• Establish cost estimates of production processes and tooling costs and review alternatives or put forward recommendations for improvement.
• Assess cost effectiveness of products and track actual costs relative to budget
• and report status on a regular basis to ensure costs are in line with profits.
• Making vendr rates comperision data after taking their offers.
• Raise Purchase Orders and Work Orders on Vendors and suppliers.
• Raise payment request in system, getting the payment done and keeping record of same.
• Preparing installation offers for inquiries / tenders as per requirements.
• Quotation Analysis-These should be analysed for Value for Money.
• Preparing Proforma Invoices against customer PO as per requirements.
Qualifications : Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor's degree in, Supply Chain Management, or Bachelors Degree in Commerce related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a procurement
