We are hiring a Purchase Executive to join our team at Tesloye Consultancy Services. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from sourcing to purchase and delivery of goods and services. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience in purchase and procurement
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and purchasing software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques

• Research potential vendors and suppliers, as well as negotiate prices and terms
• Prepare purchase orders, solicit bids, and review requisitions for goods and services
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the availability of required materials
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Assess and evaluate suppliers and their performance
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction strategies
