Qualifications, Skills & Experience.

Minimum 4/5 years of Experienced required on Spare / Stocks Purchase & Stores /

Inventory management.

Candidates who have worked in Automobile Sector - Inventory & Stores Management, Cranes, Construction Equipment Industry, Forklifts will be preferred.

Completed Knowledge required of GST, Eway Bill Issuance & Tally Prime.

Good Knowledge in Microsoft Excel

Diploma & Degree in Mechanical Engineering background can apply.

Timely Verification of Stock Items in Books with Physical in Stores.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. To receive the indents & process for Order Issuance to Multiple Vendors including

Local & Import.

2. Get Quotations from Multiple Vendors, compare & issue PO for the required Spares.

3. Tally the received Items with PO placed to vendor.

4. Inward all items vide GRN

5. Issue all items to Maintenance Department with Proper Documentations.

6. Monitoring inventory levels of Consumable spare Parts.

7. Maintain an accurate inventory count of all spare parts consumed - MIS.

8. Assist dispatch function in picking and packing.

9. Develop of alternative local sources for spares parts to reduce the Cost & improve

delivery time.

10. Follow up with Vendors for Replacement or refunds of Faulty Items Received.

11. Reporting day-to-day activity to the manager at the end of the day.

12. Coordinate for queries raised by Maintenance dept.

13. Reconciliation of inventory

14. Best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Salaries & Benefits.

Salary Range is Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000 Gross.

Candidates from Thane / Kalwe / Navi Mumbai are only preferred for this JOB.
