Profile-Purchase Executive
Should be a Graduate & must have good command in English (both Oral & written) & working knowledge in Excel. Rest functional training will be provided.
Job location - Mahindra World City, Jaipur
Processing all the orders on time and acknowledging the orders to customers as per agreed SLA
? Maintain Accuracy with orders processed after thoroughly reviewing the customer Purchase order - Entity,
BP Master, Payment Terms, Delivery Terms, Item Part no, Description, Pricing
? Process Logistics documentation and Warehousing in the system
? Ensure all orders are timely delivered & invoiced with signed copies submitted to Accounts.
