About Us: PMB Interiors is a leading interior company specializing in premium turnkey interiors. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients and are looking for a skilled Purchase Executive to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage our procurement processes and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong purchasing and vendor management background, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies to meet the company's needs.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors.
• Monitor market trends and product availability to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
• Review and analyze supplier performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
• Resolve any issues related to procurement, such as discrepancies or delays.

Qualifications:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
