Results-driven Technical Purchase Executive in Boatload Minds Private Limited with a foundational knowledge of sourcing and purchasing in the technical sector. Experienced in evaluating supplier performance, managing purchase orders, and conducting market analysis to identify the best procurement opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

? Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in purchase and vendor development, preferably in a manufacturing and production industries.
? Should be experienced in complete manufacturing sector for direct materials primarily (Sheet Metal, Plastic, rubber is a plus)
? More knowledge in sourcing strategies , vendor evaluation and negotiation techniques.
? Strong analytical skills to assess vendor capabilities, pricing structures and product quality.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
? Experience in ERP software's to release the PO , Inventory management and vendor management
? Ability to travel domestically on a daily basis
? Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
? Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identify and resolve sourcing related issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Supplier follow up, MC estimation and Meeting the OTD

? Travel to Vendor place for evaluation and selection

? Contract negotiation and management

? Asses, Manage and Mitigate the risks related to procurement

? Continuous improvement
