: : We are looking for a highly motivated and detail - oriented Purchase Executive to join our solar company located in Gujarat, India. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company\'s procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures. You should have at least 2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. Responsi bilities: . Develop and implement procurement strategies that support the company\'s goals and objectives. . Identify potential suppliers, conduct research, and evaluate their products and services. . Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices an d terms. . Prepare and issue purchase orders and ensure that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures. . Manage relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues that may arise. . Monitor inventory levels and place orders as ne eded to maintain adequate stock levels. . Ensure that all purchases are properly documented and recorded. . Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all purchases are made in a timely and efficient manner. . Monitor and report on procurement metrics to t rack performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements: . Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. . At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the solar or renewable energy in dustry. . Strong negotiation and communication skills. . Good analytical and problem - solving skills. . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. . Strong attention to detail and accuracy. . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. . Experience in external ERP software like Odoo will be an added advantage. . Knowledge of procurement best practices and procedures. . Excellent time - management and organizational skills.
