, we are EPC Company and we provide the services of Rooftops & Ground Mounted solar and Water projects.

Experience:

Minimum 0-2 Years in EPC Industry (Solar/Electrical)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Location:

Gurgaon (Haryana)

:

1. Assist in sourcing reliable vendors and suppliers for solar and water EPC project needs.

2. Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements for final approval.

3. Support in preparing and issuing Purchase Orders and Work Orders as per approved budgets and project timelines.

4. Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials and services, and follow up on purchase schedules.

5. Support in the drafting and reviewing of basic contract terms and procurement agreements.

6. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data using procurement tools and ERP systems.

7. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the project team for requirements forecasting.

8. Assist in price benchmarking and market rate analysis.

9. Work closely with the project execution team to ensure on-site material availability as per project deadlines.

10. Coordinate with finance and accounts departments for payment processing and documentation.

Requirement:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Familiarity with solar/water project materials is an added advantage.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
