Position Summary:

Purchase Executive

. The ideal candidate should have an

electrical background

and be

computer savvy

, with a keen interest in learning procurement processes and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day purchasing activities Identify potential vendors and obtain quotations Compare prices, specifications, and delivery timelines Follow up with suppliers on order status and timely delivery Maintain purchase records and documentation Coordinate with the store and accounts department for smooth operations Use computer applications like MS Excel, Word, and email for documentation and communication

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Freshers are welcome Basic knowledge of electrical components is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and internet usage Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
