Job Summary:

Connplex Cinemas Limited is looking for a detail-oriented

Purchase Executive

to manage procurement activities, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely availability of materials. The ideal candidate should have experience in purchasing, vendor management, and inventory control, preferably in the cinema, hospitality, or retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on price, quality, and service. Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and pricing with suppliers. Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements. Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs. Monitor stock levels and plan purchases accordingly. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems. Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Prior experience in the cinema, hospitality, or retail industry is a plus.

Salary:

?12,000 ? 20,000 to per month (negotiable based on experience)
