Position: Purchase Executive

Education: B.E (Electrical/ Instrument/Mechanical)

Experience: 4-5 Year (Required as Puchase Executive Experience)

Responsibility:

? Vendor Sourcing and Selection

o Identifying potential suppliers:

o Evaluating supplier capabilities

o Negotiating contracts and terms

o Developing and maintaining supplier relationships

? Purchasing Management

o Creating and processing purchase orders

o Tracking orders and managing deliveries:

o Managing inventory levels

o Implementing efficient procurement processes

? Budget and Cost Control

o Developing and managing procurement budgets

o Identifying cost-saving opportunities

o Conducting cost analysis and reporting

? Compliance and Documentation

o Maintaining accurate records

o Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards

o Managing contracts and legal documentation

? Technical Skills

o Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems

o Data analysis and reporting skills

o Knowledge of procurement methodologies and best practices
