We are looking for a Purchase Coordinator who can work with Purchase team as well as coordinate with various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibility Area:-
• Managing the procurement process from the identification of the need for goods or services to the receipt of the goods or services.
• Coordinating with various departments within the organization to understand their needs, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Developing procurement policies and procedures that ensure the organization's procurement process is efficient, transparent, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure that the organization receives high-quality products and services at competitive prices.
• Ensuring that the goods and services purchased meet the required quality standards.
• Working with suppliers to ensure that they understand the organization's quality requirements and monitoring supplier performance to ensure that they meet these requirements.
