Purchase Executive (For Pharmaceutical Industry)

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth procurement of pharmaceutical products for our distribution and export operations.

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify reliable vendors for pharmaceutical products.
• Research and compare pricing and product specifications to secure the best value for the company.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to obtain favourable terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions and inventory levels.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and track order status.
• Assist with resolving any purchase-related issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline) preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical purchasing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and their applications (preferred).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
