Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Purchase Executive

to join our team! The ideal candidate should have experience in

procurement, vendor coordination, and supply chain management

, with a strong background in

CCTV Security Systems and IT Products

. This role requires excellent

negotiation skills, strategic sourcing abilities, and a keen eye for cost optimization and quality assurance

.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure

CCTV Security Systems, IT products, and related materials.

Identify and maintain

relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers to ensure

timely procurement and delivery

.

Negotiate contracts

and pricing to obtain the best value while maintaining high-quality standards.

Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure compliance

with company policies.

Evaluate supplier performance

based on quality, pricing, and reliability.

Stay updated on market trends, pricing changes, and new product developments

to optimize procurement strategies.

Coordinate with internal teams

to understand purchasing needs and ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier agreements

for audit and reference purposes.

Resolve supply chain issues, delays, or quality discrepancies

in coordination with vendors and internal teams.

Ensure cost-effectiveness

in purchasing while maintaining product and service quality.

Qualifications:

Experience:

2 to 5 years in

purchase, procurement, or supply chain management

. Candidates with experience in

CCTV Security Systems and IT Products

will be given preference.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of

CCTV, Security Systems, and IT product specifications

and industry standards.

Mindset:

Problem-solving approach with an eye for detail and cost-saving opportunities.

Software Proficiency:

Experience in procurement software and

Microsoft Office applications

is a plus.
