Job Title: Purchase Executive - Electrical Panels

Location: Hyderabad

Position Overview

The Purchase Executive for Electrical Panels is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and components required for manufacturing electrical panels. The role involves vendor management, cost control, and ensuring timely delivery to support production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement:

• Identify and source electrical components such as circuit breakers, relays, switches, busbars, wires, enclosures, and other panel-related materials.
• Ensure materials meet the required specifications and standards (e.g., IEC, UL).

Vendor Management:

• Develop and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular market research to identify potential new suppliers.

Negotiation:

• Negotiate terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Establish contracts and purchase agreements to secure the best value.

Inventory Management:

• Collaborate with the stores team to monitor stock levels and reorder points.
• Ensure just-in-time procurement to avoid production delays or excess inventory.

Coordination:

• Work closely with the design and production teams to understand material requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery aligned with project timelines.

Documentation:

• Maintain purchase records, supplier contracts, and vendor evaluation reports.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports for management review.

Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and legal requirements in procurement activities.
• Keep updated with regulations related to electrical components and imports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
