Reporting Manager: Assistant Manager Purchase
• Purpose of position: The purpose of this position is to handle all the issues and daily activities of
• the department. To take initiative and close any requirement / indent related to Consumables/
• General Items generated by user department in time bound manner. It also requires adherence to the
• compliance with respect to SOP's and regulatory guidelines.
Job Responsibility:
1. Responsibilities for development of vendors for printed packaging material.
2. Responsibilities for purchase of Primary, Secondary, Tertiary Packaging material.
3. Preparation of orders.
4. Filling work of department.
5. Follow-up with vendor for materials.
6. Follow-up with account for vendor payments.
7. Daily basis bill forwarding to accounts.
8. Audit of vendors and compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
