A fast growing pharmaceutical company urgently requires Purchase Executive for their head office at east Delhi with good knowledge & experience of pharma raw material and packing material, besides vendor and inventory management within time schedule.

TOTAL VACANCY 2 PAX Candidates with 4 to 6 years experience in the Manufacturing industry with knowledge in procurement of packing material is mandatory , besides raising of purchase orders, interacting with vendors, follow up on supplies for timely delivery and work as a team guiding assistants. Vendor Management: * Vendor development, sourcing & evaluation. * Good knowledge of different FMCG/Pharma regulations along with the latest industry trends. * Managing existing & new vendor base along with negotiation skills for competitive price & commercial terms in line with projected budget and control on inflation besides basic concepts of purchase. Inventory management: * Timely monitoring of raw material inventory for smooth functioning of manufacturing sections. * Scheduling and monitoring of material inflow from the suppliers. * Ensuring optimal inventory levels across all sections so as to avoid critical inventory levels. * Coordinating with different departments like supply chain, plant head, QC, receiving teams etc. to monitor the quality and quantity of products delivered. * Strictly adhere to control inventory as per the SOP & manage the same according to the targeted/budgetted level. Reporting to the Management on Periodic Inventory Status Report, Order/Re-Order Level Report, Maintenance of Data on Vendor Records, etc. Salary: Rs.15,000 to Rs.25,000 per month.
