Must need experience with purchase executive in electronics home appliances & basic knowledge of shipping will be preferable Key Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Research and source potential Suppliers based on requirement and specification \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers \xc2\xb7 Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers. \xc2\xb7 Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing. \xc2\xb7 Review quality of purchased products. \xc2\xb7 Import & Export Document Preparation for Customs Clearance. \xc2\xb7 Develop contracts for potential authorities and negotiate with suppliers and maintain all procurement policies. \xc2\xb7 Expertise in Claim and Monitor Duty Drawbacks. \xc2\xb7 Expertise in shortlist suppliers with international supply capability. \xc2\xb7 Expertise in verify and validate suppliers credentials like license, entity registration certificates. Etc., \xc2\xb7 Job will further include to travel to meet potential clients both domestic and international. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- \xc2\xb7 Sourcing of factories for appliances and houseware \xc2\xb7 Order follow up and coordination of orders with factory \xc2\xb7 Timely shipments of factories \xc2\xb7 Schedule and Track Goods / Container Status \xc2\xb7 Travelling to audit factories as well and inspect goods \xc2\xb7 Manage a team to follow up factory orders \xc2\xb7 Other duties as the Company may reasonably request to be done in connection with the business of the Company.
