We have urgent opening for Purchase executiveLocation - AhmedabadExperience - Minimum 2 YrSalary - As per industry -
- Research and add new potential vendors
- Executing orders for mechanical parts and electrical brought outs after negotiations and ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports such as vendor performance in terms of quality, cost and delivery time on Excel
